  • Communicate the reason for your return request and be prepared to provide any necessary details or evidence (e.g., photos of damage).
  • You and the seller will need to agree on the terms of the return, including:
    • Whether a return will be accepted.
    • The return shipping method (e.g., who will arrange it, who will bear the cost).
    • Any specific instructions for packaging the item securely.

Refunds:

  • Once the seller has received the returned item and is satisfied with its condition (as per your agreed-upon terms), the seller is responsible for refunding you.
  • The refund should be processed through the payment method you originally used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon with the seller.
  • The timeframe for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment provider. Please discuss estimated timelines with the seller.

Important Considerations:

  • VBid is not directly involved in the returns process or the issuance of refunds. We provide the platform for buyers and sellers to interact and transact.
  • We encourage both buyers and sellers to communicate openly and respectfully to resolve any return-related issues amicably.
  • While the arrangement of returns is between the buyer and seller, we do have guidelines in place to ensure a fair marketplace. We encourage sellers to clearly outline their return policies within their shop or product listings. Buyers should review these policies before making a purchase.
  • If you are unable to reach a resolution with the seller, please contact our customer support team. While we cannot directly mandate returns or refunds, we can offer assistance in communication and guidance based on our platform policies.

  • Please remember that your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy.
